Is your regular realm active? These are snapshot realms, and snapshot realms may only be available in snapshot versions and not in releases such as 1.20.5. Try opening Minecraft in a pre-release or snapshot and see if your realm is available.

I didn't realise items were seperate from the rest of the world, but since items are also entities, I guessed that maybe they were treated the same. So I guess this bug Works as Intended?
P.S. I know about the image - I tried to take videos for all my bug reports but my game recorder kept glitching out. This was the best I could do. 🙂
