Same issue here. Error reads as below;
"Failed to login

Problem with this is that I am using the previously connected Microsoft Account, same one I have used for 4 years.
As of 1.21.20 hopper minecarts are stopping for no reason whilst on active powered rails whilst the chunk is loaded.
Playing on PS4 and have the same freeze issue when opening chat or pause menu.
The behaviour is not consistent - potentially due to lots of operations occuring quickly (block breaking, redstone contraptions) or it could be purely random.
Playing on PS4 the game freezes when opening either chat or the pause menu. The behaviour is inconsistent and is potentially due to too many operations happening at the time (running redstone machines, breaking a lot of blocks)
This is on a realm, have only noticed it happening in the last month
On a realm, seems to only happen once for us in any given play session, resets up to 30 minutes of everyones progress which my realm members are getting annoyed at. Relogging afterwards and going to the end seems to be fine.

Based on some reports I have been hearing this is potentially a region based bug. A lot of people talking on Youtube seem to be experiencing the bug in Australian Realms (myself included) where as people from other regions say it is not an issue on their Realms.
This seems to be a current issue in version 1.16.201 or a recurring issue. This issue says marked as duplicate, but I can't find the duplicate anywhere.
This still affects 1.16.201.
Deletes chests, hoppers, comparators, repeaters and I'm sure many other blocks but these are the ones that get removed in my build consistently.
Edit: it doesn't remove dispensers in the build at least
Bedrock Realms are inaccessible for about 96 hours now for me
Potential related issue: mobs get pushed into blocks when taking damage from a trident killer and remain in the blocks.
