Can confirm. After updating to 19w11a from 19w09a there were around 12 iron golems around my villager breeder after 1.5h of play. In 19w09a iron golems never spawned there.
Also that breeder has 6 doors, I think iron golems are not supposed to spawn in such a small "village".

Have you tried setting your view distance higher than the server's view_distance value (it defaults to 10) and relogging?
If in doubt, set it to maximum, exit and enter again the server. Run some distance and see if the world loads.
I can also confirm Kilian's comment. The client's view distance must be higher than the server's.
Having a view_distance of 16 on the server, the client kept having a lot of problems loading chunks (with a view distance of 16). Changing the view distance to 17 and relogging completely solved the issue.
Very curious behavior. If you are reading this because you have this problem, this is a very good fix.

This happens to me if I enable mipmap when it is disabled, but not when I disable it or I change his level when it's enabled. It happens in different ways, sometimes affects the menu, the world and the inventory, other times only the world and inventory.

That ticket was marked resolved as duplicate of MC-58898, and it's not the same bug. The MC-58898 bug relates to masive entity generation, and at this bug there isn't entity generation: it's not the same bug (the "(no entity generation)" part of the title was added to MC-59073 after ir was marked as duplicate).

NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 is affected too (driver version 335.23). Pressing F3+A solves the bug for me.
This minecart wasn't generated using in-game commands, and was generated in an old snapshot, probably that's the cause. (The minecart was generated using MCEdit in a snapshot older than 2 months) Using the command (/summon Minecart ~ ~ ~ {CustomDisplayTile:1,DisplayTile:58}) it works properly.
When the door is opened, it doesn't generate entities, it simply crash.
Yes, I can confirm this still happens from 1.13.2 to 1.14.
