I'm on Android 1.21.92 and it's still a problem, it's happening on worlds with add-ons and worlds without. They can also be pushed though the fence gate and you don't have to pull them with a lead.
In my local copy only the 21.3MB one is active. In Realms it shows both no matter what I do to try to deactivate one or the other. Not sure if this is the problem but just mentioning it.
Natural Pack not working for me. It shows two instances of the Natural Pack as active (21.3MB and 20,8MB). If I try to deactivate only one, both instances show up again either way. Doesn't matter which one I deactivate. They both just reappear but it ignores them both and defaults to the basic texture pack.
Hopefully we are getting a refund for the unplayable days.
I have been having this problem for the last three snap shots, (up to 20w15a) and have figured out the cause. (at least for me.)

It is this box.. or a variation of it. It is a Windows notification that is generated by Xbox Game Bar. When it's active, it generates an unresponsive zone on the screen exactly where that box is. I generated this one by using the screen capture shortcut for Xbox Game Bar, (win+alt+print screen) then exiting the game.

Here is an image of the notification screen overlaid transparently on top or a screenshot with or the inventory open. As you can see, the box covers most of the top right inventory box and part of the next box over.

Here it is in the options screen; here it can be seen covering part of the two middle right buttons.
in both of the above situation, the problem can be observed.
To recreate the problem, simply start the game, and press win+alt+printscreen, then go to the inventory and try to interact with the affected slots. (if you click the lower portion of the slot, where the notification box does not affect it, you will not notice the problem.) Upon exiting the game, or alt+tabbing out, you will see the notification for a few seconds, then it will disappear. Upon returning to the game, the problem will be gone.
I have not been able to determine if it happens with all notifications, or just those generated by Xbox Game Bar.
I also noticed that! In my case repeating command block stop working when any another command block successfully execute /clone command. Very strange behavior...

Yeah I didn't observe carefully, it's actually MC-208605
I tried downloading the world and replacing it earlier. It didn't fix it.

Out of nowhere suddenly our realm won't load the resource pack. Please fix.
I can reproduce this in multiplayer.
I you have the fake villager nose with the hat the nose get frozen as well
But it is not an empty string, it's "World". It generates a default name, why not use it to create world?

Reproduced in 1.14.0 and 1.14.1
The shaking affects any item being held, but is only noticeable with maps.
The issue started at the last update.
The shaking seems to vary in intensity depending on the direction you are facing. The shaking continues even if stationary.
Affects 1.13 and 1.13.1
Have the same exact issue. I've tried uninstalling to redownload it but it literally would not uninstall.
Edit: Was able to reinstall it and fixed the problem.
Reproduced on 1.12 and 1.13 beta
Noted.
I'm experiencing this exact issue. My cross-platform friends' list is always empty regardless of whether or not that is the reality.
