This has been an issue for weeks for us. Neither the owner or the users of the realm can post images to the feed. We've also noticed missing images on my feed when compared to the owners feed, but that may be a different issue.

Can confirm. Killed all the chickens and mobs started spawning. Is there a way I can monitor the entity cap?

I have a similar issue with single player mode, seems to be only the cartographer villager that causes game to hang, such as all entities freeze, block items such as crates will not not open, cannot create a log or quit/save game. This happens with the latest snapshot 19w14b.

I have the same problem. When I pick an item up and drop it, It will disappear.  I also can not break a block while visiting another player's land. I play on Xbox One. 

Confirmed for 18w45a happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer servers. Almost every time entities near where you died will be invisible after respawn. Relogging very rarely fixes it.

Yup. Mobs disappearing when you get close to them. Re-appear when you go away again!
Also dropped items.

XBOX One and Windows 10; 1.2.13 updated when it started.

I modified the terrain generation for the map I was using (ocean level 40). Something happened and the world crashed and reset back to the default generation. However all the chunks that had been loaded were using the old generation and new unexplored chunks used the new generation.. I found large walls of water and terrain mismatch on the edge of chucks. This in turn kept the ocean monument where it was, but used the new generation for the mob spawning algorithm. I had no idea how to fix it so I just deleted the world and restarted.

I am having the same issue but to fix it for an 1 hour and so simple open your .minecraft folder and scroll down till you see usercache delete the file it should work again.

Hostile Mob should not spawn inside Ocean Monument..

This is a direct quote from the Official Minecraft Wiki
'Guardians are the only hostile mobs able to spawn within the 58×58×23 area containing the monument; normal Overworld hostile mobs will not spawn inside.'

The fact that hostile mob did not spawn inside an Ocean Monument in a single player world, but they do spawn inside an Ocean Monument is realms clearly shows there is a bug.

It's definitely there I've used 2 band new 360 controllers and 2 different Windows 10 PC

Why is it resolved as the issue isn't fixed?

Yes I have the latest update already installed and it's still there

I have the exact same issue it would make it perfect if it was smooth but the right analogue stick (look up down left right) is stuttery and jittery compared to a mouse

The touch screen on iOS pocket edition dosent have the issue its only when I use a controller on either the Windows 10 version or the pocket edition. It just needs the right analogue stick to be smoother as it jitters or stutters slightly when compared to using a mouse or touch screen

I experience this in the current update on widows 10 edition using an official 360 controller, also exactly the same with Moga pro controller on pocket edition on iOS. I really wish this would get fixed its annoying
