[MC-100000] Arms in boat do not rotate correctly while drawing bow/crossbow

The bug

Due to the limited head rotation of the boat, when you rotate your head while drawing a bow back, your arms can go through your body at the farthest rotation to the left or right.

How to reproduce

Place boat
Get in boat with bow
Draw bow back and turn all the way to the left or right to see one of your arms going through your body

I'm aware that there are no 100.000 value bug reports in this bugtracker, but there are very likely many, many bugs that aren't reported yet.

@KingSupernova The only one I found for Minecraft is one where 1.8 wasn't completely compatible to a beta 0.7 world. In other projects there is one where an Apple user wasn't able to update the game and a problem with bats that apparently didn't really exist. All very weird, I don't know what this resolution was made for.

Only MC-10000 was a duplicate, all other milestones (MC-1000, MC-100, MC-10 and of course MC-1) were new and valid bugs.
