You can glitch into a Minecart if you get in it on a slope

If you place a Minecart on a slope (Photo included), and get in it, you like go below the Minecart while being in it, you can't see as much as you should see (See photos included).

To my beliefs if you got in a Minecart that's on a slope, it'll be like if it was flat, but it doesn't and it does not do the glitch if it is on a flat surface.

Also, if you wait a minute or two, the glitch will fix itself (Photo included).

Plus, if you get out and push the cart, it will glitch across the ground.

Steps to Reproduce:
*Place rails to create a slopped rail.
*Place a Minecart on the slopped track.
*Get in and activate the glitch.

The Snapshot 1.6 World That I was in is included with the attachments, on far render distance, you can find the areas I tested these bugs/glitches at.

Confirmed.

I got the same glitch too

Still occurring in 1.6.2

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

This bug has an additional side effect, which is that if your minecart is destroyed with you in it, it will drop you underneath the track, possibly dropping you into a cave or lava ocean. This happens with any mob riding in a minecart which is destroyed by various means, including ghast and blaze fireballs.

I've had a couple of incidents riding on my nether rail when a blaze or ghast shot my minecart out from under me, and the minecart was safe and sound on top of the track, but I got dropped into the lava underneath the track.

Still not fixed in latest snapshot 😞

Untestable in latest snapshot 14w11b due to it affecting mine carts always.

Confirmed that this is still an issue in 1.7.10. When a cart is spawned on an incline the y axis of the player is 0.469 lower than it should be.

The y axis of the player whilst riding the cart will correct itself exactly 60 seconds after the cart is spawned.

This seems to be the case irrespective of whether the cart has been entered or not; i.e. if riding in the cart, at 60 seconds the y axis will be corrected. If the cart is spawned and left for >60 seconds and then entered, the player will be positioned at the correct y axis as soon as they enter.

Seems fixed in release 1.8.

Fix confirmed.
