Sculk sensors don't detect stripping logs, tilling dirt, or pathing grass

How to reproduce

  1. Place down a sculk sensor

  2. Place down a log, a dirt block and a grass block

  3. Strip the log, till the dirt and path the grass (make sure to not walk)
    → ❌ the sculk sensor stays deactivated for the whole time

This is a feature request.

I'd like to request the review of this report since the 20w49a Changelog stated, "A vibration is anything that causes physical motion". If placing a block is considered as physical motion, then the same should apply, for tilling dirt, striping logs etc...

I'd also like a review of this report

De-waxing and de-aging copper, as well as using shears to prevent vine/kelp growth, also don't cause vibrations - should they be included in this report or reported separately?

Carving pumpkins and harvesting honeycombs from beehives do cause vibrations, but I'm not sure if the block change itself is being detected or if it's the item entity that causes the vibration.

@unknown That is tracked separately: MC-220086, MC-220087 and MC-236988.
