I use the RCA 7 Voyager II or RCA-RCT6773W22B with Android OS Version, 5.0

Yes it does. It is also appearing in the 0.14.0 Beta builds. 99% of the keys are dead and I have the settings matched up to the type of keyboard I have.

This happens to me in 0.14.0! wasd & esc is working but other keys are not.

0.14.1 - Still some Keyboard for Android support bugs, namely:

• On keyboard, only WASD and Esc work (needs space for jump, E for inventory ect.)

In summary the keyboard and mouse controls on Android do not offer the same functionality as the Win 10 version

They are not dead but you need to settings your keyboard at tablet settings and MCPE options by OPTIONS > KEYBOARD LAYOUT > "QWERTY" (RECOMMENDED).It is a trick but for working it you must use keyboard and mouse combination.

1.Go to tablet settings.Find Language&Input.
2.Make sure you choose external keyboard (not Google Keyboard) and set it to USA or International mode (QWERTY)
3.Play MCPE,go to OPTIONS > KEYBOARD LAYOUT (find it yourelf choose middle box) > tap "QWERTY"

Q=Throwing item (CTRL+Q=throw all items in hotbar)
E=open iventory
Z=open status effect (I'm not sure yet,I forgot)

SPACE=jump (double tap SPACE=fly mode in creative,hold SPACE=flying up)
left SHIFT=sneaking (hold left SHIFT=flying down,does not working since 0.15.0 beta till now,0.15.1.2 update)

Fix for keyboard issue only with 4 Pin Detachable physical keyboard and mouse/touchpad combo

Change tablet language&input settings under physical keyboard (only pops up when the keyboard is attached) to US International as the language. Then enter MCPE settings and change your keyboard settings to QWERTZ and then back to QWERTY and all keys work as they should on Windows 10 version on Minecraft. However the mouse functionality is still not working correctly. The mouse on touch works the exact same as with your finger, click drag rather than drag around and then click to break and place blocks. Please fix the mouse lol

Before 14 or 15,SHIFT button to fly down works but all changed when mcpe come with exclusive version that include when you tap fly down,the player crouch (can be seen if play multiplayer).

I made another report where I still find some of the mentioned problems here and others, MCPE-20741.

Same issue in 1.1 with both bluetooth and apple connection keyboard.
