Ridden mob does not turn in sync with the player

When a user looks around while on a horse, it takes more time for the horse to turn than the player, resulting in slower turns.

The video shows evidence of this and it can be easily reproduced. Just tame a horse and use a saddle with it.

Notes: Affects all mounts, it's even more noticeable on pigs and striders.

The default max_turn for normal mob walking is 30 degrees/tick. It seems like horses controlled the player have a max_turn of 15 degrees/tick, as they take 12 ticks to do a 180 instead of 6. However, that might be intended since real-life horses need a lot of space to turn.

Claiming that the absolutely broken state of mounts on Bedrock might be intentional for realism is insane levels of gaslighting.
