A strange structure appeared in the desert. Or a bug generation?
This structure does not exist, it can appear in the desert, but when we leave the game, it disappears, moreover, we can break the blocks, but the items do not drop.
I put the Seed and the coordinates, but I'm not sure it's in the same place for everyone.

I’m using bedrock on the Xbox one and I had a similar generation glitch
Seed: -1370550571
(-289, 66, 55)
Did this happen in a Realm, or your own local world?

I had this issue as well, me and my friend were playing multiplayer and it only appeared on her side of the screen. Don’t know what’s up

This has happened to me numerous times all on the same single player world. It has happened with grass/dirt, sand/sandstone (including water and lava) and trees/leaves. there doesn't seem to be a pattern - theres nothing I did each time before it appeared.
one time I joined the world on my phone and couldn't see the structure. My other player was standing on the structure on pc, but on my phone he was jumping in place
i'm on the beta and they're still there in the latest one (.52)

I have found seven of these.

I have just found number 8 - and in the background saw number 9. Two at once! This is a new one - floating grass this time.
You can just see another in the background just to the left of the grass one in the desert of the latest attachment

I have encountered the hovering mixture of blocks an inordinate number of times over the 1.13 and 1.14 betas.

I am playing on xbox one and also have experienced this issue. It happened in my survival world and in a flat map. In the survival world the wall was made with stone and dirt. In the flat map it was made with dirt and bedrock. In my survival world the wall was generated along the Z axis. In the flat map I don't know the axis and I already destroyed the wall so I am not able to find it out. What about you? Which axis along are your walks. Maybe this information is helpful.

I also only found the walls in places where the world was already generated so I found the walls in places where the wall was not before.

I found one besides my main survival house made with dirt grass and fire didn't burn out after week of playing I haven't touched it. An hour ago one near torches and sandstone fence and it was made with torches sand and sandstone fence basically materials found near the structure after loging out and in again the structure was gon so no pictures,
[media]

I had a structure appear in the sky near my main base. It was made of stone blocks, torches, and fence posts. It went away after I logged off. Very odd!

I had similar problems but the items dropped, some dirt was disguised coal, there were ice and snow layer versions and log and leaf ones too!

I have seen one of these formations start forming in midair!!!
Plains biome, several minute long vid, happened by random and shows that the formations don't spawn on world gen OR save quit reenter! They are created block by block!
I was right next to it, walked under it and in areas where blocks will appear, you can walk through them but you start suffocating. Some of the dropped blocks are broken and can not be picked up.
(this formation was grass, and dirt, on ground, singleplayer)
This makes you wonder: are they deleted block by block?
I have only seen the creation, there was no one in the world except me, and only one I know of has disappeared. It looked strange, I was looking around a plains biome, when tallgrass breaking particles appeared. It looked weird, and a dirt block appeared. A second later, another did as well. Now it is about 1/6 of the size of the other bugs.

By the way, has no one checked, that the structures (at least my ones) appear on chunk borders. Use a chunk border resource pack to find out. It happens always on chunk borders, weird stuff.
World seed: -1724420103
I have a theory on this bug. It could be certain seeds that cause these chunk errors to happen.
(Or invisible Herobrine)

Whilst me and my son where roaming one of our worlds we came across a birch tree in this formation, I told him it was a world generation bug, (xbox one).

I'm with this strange problem too. Some blocks arranged in straight vertical lines just appeared near a mountain close to my main base.

they had gone for me for a while, but they're back in the latest beta update
Same thing for me, @unknown. They reappeared worse. Look at this example, these blocks weren't even close to the real blocks, and apparently they became part of the world. They'd disappear upon relogging a few times before, but now they become real and need to be manually removed.
[media]
yes, i've had some where they disappear, and some that stay and have to be manually taken down. It doesn't seem to be material related either because i've had to manually remove one made from tree blocks and one made of sand/sandstone, but i've also had one of sand/sandstone that disappeared on its own

This is the third time this has happened in my world, most have been harmless but this one affected a build. The first time this occurred I was able to fix it by reloading the world but the 2nd and 3rd time the damage was permanent.
If this occurs in an area with flowers, the floating blocks will continue to generate and drop flowers.

I have also experienced this bug, mine happened in a super flat world, and the blocks disappeared when interacted with.
Many people have sent me screen shots of this in their worlds, so imma just drop all of them here, hopefully there are no duplicates!

But every time when I experienced this bug the blocks were like normal blocks and I had to break them myself.

This bug always occurs on chunk borders as far as mine go, and on different x and y axis too. Single player local world (though I sometimes invite my friends to play) it only started happening after a couple hours in total playing the world and it got to 30 mb - 33 mb.

I've had this Old Sized world for the past 2 months and have had three of them form including one made entirely of Water and Seaweed. I really hope these things don't take over my world.

I made a video on these weird structures, and covered what we know about them so far. Far as i'm away there still isn't a way to reproduce them :c But there are two main types. Type 1 is made of ghost blocks that usually only a single player can see, and disappear when interacted with. Type 2 is made of real blocks, that everyone can see, and the blocks can be mined/broken/gathered.
These things appear to always gen at the highest block of the chunk, can appear in any dimension, and are pretty much always made from materials around where the structure generates. However they do often contain things not from the area, like fire, lava, or chorus fruit(chorus was see in a structure that generated on the main end island).
Here is the video i made on this: https://youtu.be/n0BgtEHCpa4
and you can many more screen shots, and first hand accounts on this twitter thread: https://twitter.com/silentwisperer_/status/1228443086323421187?s=20
Hopefully some of this info is helpful! This appears to be a massively widespread bug

I have encountered this as well. I run PE bedrock on a android S9 to play with a friend who runs bedrock on a xbox 360. We have never encountered it in worlds I create but we have encountered it in every world he creates. The first one (sand) was visible to him as well as me. The second (dirt) grew before my eyes but was not visible to my friend on xbox. Hitting the blocks (not breaking, just tapping like to create a path block) with my shovel caused the glitch to extend/grow. I tapped it until it had expanded from 5 blocks to approximately 30 in a vertical stack. He could only see the five until the next time we loaded the world. Then he was able to see it as well.

This is also existent in switch version for I have found it all and all may be torturous. For I have found Jungle Tree Walls, Ore filled walls(diamonds, gold, stone, redstone) on grass level, Obsidian walls, bedrock walls, wooden walls, even my houses when I leave and come back may even merge into walls that I cannot destroy. It has become a very annoying thing. It is in all current switch updates by the way.

Windows 10 Version. I've had this world a whole month now. These were cumbersome on old-sized worlds as they started to invade my builds. The world type, amount of world explored, or world age doesn't seem to matter as these things will just spawn randomly in seemingly random places. I haven't found a reliable way to replicate the bug but it's happened on every world i've run and I usually notice it after loading back onto a world i've started previously in chunks that i've rendered previously.

I've had this recently appear in my world. I've never experienced this until 2 days ago. Both me and someone else could see it but then it vanished when the world reloaded. We didn't get to mine it to check if it was ghost one or real. After that, they began to appear more frequently and everyone could see them. Whenever anyone got close to them, whether the host or not, the game would immediately crash. Once the world reopened the "monolith" was gone. This is really troublesome when traveling via elytra and this gets in your way.

I'm wondering if there's some similarity to MC-139693 in Java Edition's 18w47a in which a miscalculation would occur during certain block updates and the updated block would get spawned in a different location. As a result, villages would have an area nearby where saturated farmland and crops would constantly get spammed into existence as a result of the farmland in the villages getting saturated and the crops trying to grow. And, for some reason, dirt blocks would start spawning in trees, possibly as a result of the grass under the logs turning into dirt. So, I'm wondering if this bug also has to do with a miscalculated block update.

I also encountered this 5 separate times on 2 separate worlds. All seemed solid, however were instantly deleted as soon as I punched them.

1.16.0.57. The bug still in the game

Affects 1.14.60
[media]

Well ive seen all the screenshots but now we know that it occurs in every biome because i had that aswell but in a swamp. I'm sorry because im new to this page and i dont know how to add pics

I also encountered this bug on 1.14.60 on my 1 Year Old world.
I hope this and fall through world bug will be patched in 1.16.
[media]Also when I try to destroy the blocks they actually drop and the wall saves when I exit and reopen the world.
And sadly, after this bug, I tried to go sleep and then the game crashed. The crash deleted my Donkey 😞
This bug is fixed in the latest beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.

I have a similar, but more complex problem at MCPE-99655. My problem consists of multiple ~300 x ~300 chunks of land, that randomly generated when I opened my world. I have provided screenshots in my report, but if you would like, I can add them here. Please help me fix my issue, and restore my world back to the way it was.
