This also now affects the hitbox of redstone that is connected on all 4 sides. On java the hitbox no longer is a full block on that case.
This is terribly annoying when mapping and using command blocks, when you need to copy a command block, but there is a redstone placed on it. The problem affects all currently relevant versions 1.17.41 and 1.18.10.20
