System 1.17.34 Xbox one

Error Terracotta Please fix. Was working last night. 

Currently playing a local game. If you could fix so stuff we bought is available when offline that would be nice. We did pay for it. 

Might want to re-open getting it now on 1.17.30. I just started experimental caves and cliffs on new world a few days ago. 

If you could remove mine. Found sources. There were many pockets of mobs. And a issue with add on. But did not have issue before update.

One player thinks it might be pending ticks? Not sure. But we were able to surround the lag. Can anyone else having this as of 1.16.100 on their lag field?

Followed one here I think is separate. 

Playing on the BDS server with Xbox. 

Before the update had no problems. Those playing on mobile devices would lag. 

After update it was crippling lag. Not sure think it's tps. 

Had huge sorting system. Had old and new one before update no problem. Just down to one. 

Zombie spawned xp farm, raid farm, iron farm, bamboo farm, honey farm, turtle farm, wool farm are in this area. It was well stress tested.

Lag was mostly around storage, xp and raid farm, bee farm and water. 

 

Nothing was new after update. Nothing that had not happened before. 

Had over 100 drowned in water all with armor, swords, pilligar banners. They seemed like turned zombies or husk. After they were killed lag better at water. 

Killed off half bees. No change at bee farm. Another smp player said no lag at his bee farm. 

 

Lag seems concentrated near, scaffolding, chests, red stone and hoppers. I also have large area dug out under area to y5. To improve spawns. Floor lit up. But possible lag from light changes after update. 

Large sorting. Easily 200 hoppers or more in large area. Capped most if not all open hoppers with glass or full block. That used to reduce lag. Also glass is next to water for start of future aquarium maybe. 

Seemsd to have surrounded the lag. Does not seem it's unloaded from active chunks to exit lag field.not noticing the sound issues. But usually have sound down near raid farm. 

Other redstone builds not seeming to have the lag. Also seeking large number of fish in area. Used command /w @a @e it showed a massive amounts of cows, chickens, xp orbs and massive drowned loaded.

 

 

 

On Xbox not sure how to get a link to it. 

Playing on Xbox presents a challenge. Will dm you my Xbox/mixer/YT handle and post a video clip. So you can check out. Was minor think it's happening. But could be only on my TV.

Okthanks. Never used it before. Was looking at as work around for portal linking issues. Pretty sure i've seen vids in the past of this being used. But the way bugs take forever to get fixed probably a bug exploit.

Ok more info. 

 

Went on realm with 2 buckets of water took lighter out portal off and cycled with 1 bucket then with other. The dispenser fires you hear it and see the puff of smoke. No water is seen and bucket is empty. 

 

Pretty sure this used to work in nether. As a fix. If its easier just allow the lighter to turn portals on and off. Fire from a ghast can. And would be easier to make on off for portals. But if you can get this working great. 

Ok made a portal in nether. 

 

Was following one of skippy6 tutorials for a on off portal. 

 

Had 1 dispenser with lighter, 1 dispenser with bucket of water. 

 

The dispenser with water was on lower corner of portal. 

 

Dispenser with lighter was on other lower corner. This one works to turn it on.

 

It uses a double pulse to turn water on and off by having strait signal to dispenser and one going through 2 repeaters for a 2 tick delay. 

 

When i fired it. The water vanished. Empty bucket left in dispenser. Portal was not turned off. 

This is in nether so may be issue with water vanishing too fast. Need to repair damage done trying to find work around for portal. Going to go back to playing instead of problem victim. After i build and start populating next level of trading hall. Will try an on off portal on that level. Trying to incorporate iron farm in with trading hall. Vids say they are stackable. Was going to need to turn off or remove portals as i added levels. 

Ok never needed one before. But figured i build an off switch for portal for return villagers. Water no longer turns off a portal. Will try again later incase its a realm glitch. I understand im a bit frustrated. But the game not only breaks portals linking but a possible work around. 

Never had this issue until i joined a new realm. As far as i know brand new world. 3 others seemed to have same issue. Would still expect to see a fix. Built water slide to swim through end city portal. And so far have not seen it happen to me..... yet

 

 

Having issues again since 1.12.1 did a google search to see if any vids or threads on it recently. 

 

Its on a realm. I can open a report for realms. But am wondering if that is a good idea. Would it not be better to tag realm into this thread with all the info. Rather than creating new one with possibly less info. 

 

Its not my realm so can't dl to try local. For whatever reason they won't turn coords on. Keep saying no cheats on game. 

 

Using a 0of4 map to line up portals. It works fine unless you are linking more than one in a close area. 

 

Have main portal for travel. Another to dump villagers in nether from breeder. And another to return them to trading hall. This is needed to deal with villager bugs/flaws. 

 

Did a bit of work over 4 days. Place portal in world. Line up portal in nether with map. Then move world portal 1 block at a time if not linking. They work coming out of nether. But have issues when sending in to nether. 

 

First had issue with main portal. It constantly sent me to holding pen for villagers. Fixed it. 

 

Then had both working. Moving the portals farther away on x and z had no effect. To avoid lava lakes and griefers i am build up by bedrock in nether. 

 

The only way to fix was to build main portal around 130 blocks in the world. Both were working. 

 

As soon as i built the return villager portal it broke the villager send portal in the same way. Both villager portals use the same portal in the nether. But from the nether link to correct world portal. 

Just spent a few hours moving both send portals to insure they are lined up. 

This was an issue that seemed to be fixed before. Where it was more interested in the y coord than the x and z. Looks like its back. Please fix. Lifting the main portal works with base build. But wrecks base design to change villager portals. I can't imagine most people need this priority of the y coord for portal linking. On ps4 y coord never seemed to matter. Have seen vids on bedrock and java with portals closer working. 

More info. Has happened pearling to and from main island through city portals. Happened when dying in dragon fight. Would not let me respawn or log in. 

 

 

Joined new realm this is happening. Been hit 3 times in 3 days. Get screen that looks like void. Sometimes see enderman vapor like trek transporter effect. When failing to log back in. Get hung on building terrain. And usually can start to hear game chat if text to speech is on. Other players clearly see something as was getting texts about login probs. At least 3 other realm members have had issue. 

Ok in a new realm. So there is no legacy crap issue. Building a trading hall did what staff said.built a new y level. Around 15 higherand close to 50 blocks away. Only one villager on that y level. Had to put down 3 or 4 stations to get him to lock on. The first were taken by villagers at breeder. Even on diff y level. 

Ok looked at the issue of trading. Not clear if there is one for bedrock. The one i clicked was for console. 

 

This was on realm playing 1.11.4 still think there should have been a hotfix by now or you should be abandoning new villager crap in beta for working version of doors and born caste system. 

Off realm think the villager issue is diff but still broken. It is also random. So with no changes to blocks placed. Beds and workstations. I have the villagers locked down in cubicles with limited mobility. Have 2 diff trading areas with diff containment of villagers. But its random. With no block changes villagers can lose connection with both beds and/or workstations. And on rare occasions reconnect with a dif one. 

 

I had given up on both and started working on 1 or more trading halls in nether. At trading hall near world spawn. After extra villagers were killed off or moved to nether i noticed a change in villagers. Many that were trading were broken from workstation. Have about 18 set up think 4 or 5 farmers had been working, 1 or 2 shepards and 2 or 3 fisherman. None were using beds. None of fletchers were working. 

 

Now had 1 farmer still refreshing trades. 1 fle5cher was using bed. 2 new villagers were now the profession of grindstone in front of them. 1 was using bed. Other was refreshing trades but not sleeping. 

 

Feeling like charlie brown with the football. I started breaking workstations. And it was moderately easy to get them to link to villagers. 

 

I understand it is likely this will break at anytime for anyreason. It may just be a coincidence it started working at this moment. But the evidence i am seeing is villagers are breaking because of the numbers of villagers. Prob related to the nature of villagers needing a workstation in the first place. Or that it needs a very special one to use locked only for them. 

 

Please fix. And maybe explain to spokespeople. The reason they are seeing record numbers of people watching streams of people playing minecraft may not be good news. It might be from people not wanting to play it since its still broken. If you are making entertainment to watch great news. If you are making a game to enjoy playing. Not so much.

Playing 1.11.4 

 

Mine on realm goes up slow. Seemed stuck on 3%. Finally popped to 4%. The broken villagers made this hard to detect. But 3 stonemasons decided to function. Just today. Traded for 24 emeralds. It is a created village with villagers all bred since vil and pil update. Now if 100 emeralds is 10% then 24 should have been close to 4%. Actually gained 1 %. Thinking it might be counting in some cases the trade regardless of how many emeralds. And clearly not counting purchases with emeralds. As i have bought more that traded for enmeralds with raid emeralds.
