Also affects 1.20, Nintendo Switch. (how???)
This bug has been around for so long on PC and even longer on Xbox w/ Render Dragon. It astonishes me that MS/Mojang hasn't even commented on it yet.
How is this still an issue honestly - I get that the team is busy but I feel like the community would rather have slower, more polished updates.
I'm not sure if this is the same on the Switch, but on the 3DS games are not allowed to use more Save Data after an update, so it may be impossible for Mojang to fix this one because of Nintendo. They would have to have reserved more save space back when the game first released.
This seems heavily affected by the framerate at which the animation is being rendered at. Maybe take into account the time it took to render the last frame before updating the animation?
This also affects Minecraft Earth.
This is definitely an issue. If you move around in roomscale, your character does not move in the game. This can cause unintentional problems like falling in lava because you're actually further away than what you see.
This still very much happens in 1.12.1.
This issue happens to me as well. I believe the console does not allow the game to use more than 2 GB, which is why it's capped there.
Does the fix also include being killed by them? It used to show "Player was slain by %entity.zombie_villager_v2.name"
On my Switch, it slows down as I add more worlds and packs from the Marketplace.
Edited.
