No. I haven’t changed any graphics settings, I have played with Vibrant Visuals switched on by default and this was in a (relatively) new world, so the world had not been on anything other than Vibrant Visuals.

Can confirm this issue is also present in the candy texture pack as well.

No, the issue does not occur in Living Room Mode.

This issue is present with the Plastic and City Packs as well.

They're already named in the report - The Plastic Texture Pack and The City Texture Packs.

These are both Mojang/Microsoft created packs from the store, I'm not sure hoe to upload them, that's why I've reported it here. These aren't packs I've downloaded from they Internet but instead ones I have bought from the store.

I'm still facing issues accessing the Marketplace with the following error codes on Nintendo Switch:

SD-002-0 - Hmm, Marketplace is having some issues, please try connecting later.

B-0010 - We are still trying to connect. Please wait.

C-0010 - We ran into an error. Please restart the game and try again.

Also experiencing this issue on mobile, Windows, Xbox and mainly on Nintendo Switch. I normally use the earth skin from the Minecraft Earth Skin Pack, but evrytime (on the switch) and every so often (on every other device) my skin will reset to Alex. On the latest game version on each console/platform.
