This was already reported in an older issue about tamed cats.
Probably relates to the issue where looking towards many chests would cause lag (I think Optifine helped the lag; it then only occurred when the chests were actually visible)
May be related to the issue where no snow can be placed on (lower) half slabs.
This may relate to how you can see through adjacent blocks with really long and short windows.
I've heard that this can be problematic for complicated, exposed redstone mechanisms (because lighting updates need to occur whenever dust and such turns on/off).
This makes absolutely no sense because FISHING a boat/minecart will break it.
I think you can /summon them. I have a command block set up that does that.
May relate to the bug where boss health bars are still visible for a moment after going into a different world/server.
F3+A reloads all the chunks.
This may be related to the bug about players losing horizontal motion when shot out of a TNT cannon.
In the new snapshots, the Bat Spawn egg is between two hostile eggs. It needs to be moved back to the neutral group, unless they get hostile AI.
From what i read on the wiki, it has to do with visuals that are stored in different places, if I remember correctly.
I also noticed that if you have one type of slab and try to place another (of a different type) on top, it behave differently than if you were placing the same type. It behaves as if the slab is a full block.
It would look strange if snow was hovering a half block above the ground, so it was probably disabled.
I think that the game can't store 2 separate partial blocks in one block of space
I'm pretty sure that the new adventure mode makes this all irrelevant, because you can't break anything no matter what tool you have.
This possible relates to or duplicates the issue that was about summoning items, where the item was visually elsewhere.
Does this default any other settings (such as if structures were turned off, the chest was turned on, etc.)?
If the trade is considering unnecessary metadata, then it is a bug. Otherwise, this may be intended.
Is it possible to /summon a villager that accepts charcoal or colored wool (data values other than 0)? Can damaged (and new) tools/swords still be traded?
This is really annoying with block GUIs (such as command blocks). I want to open the GUI, and I have to either remove the redstone or carve out other blocks nearby (which is impractical if those were also command blocks).
There's no reason (except to prevent other bugs) that redstone should have that wide of a hitbox. Ideally, it would be about 2/3 of a block wide, but in the center of the block. This way, it's still possible to select the redstone OR the block underneath.
I would have assumed that this was intentional, because you can also leash a horse and while riding it, you are constrained with the lead.
On second thought, (no matter if it was once intentional) this should probably be fixed, because OTHER PLAYERS can push riders around (possibly over a cliff). The ridden horse should have the same collisions as players do.
This relates to the issue where chests stay open after you travel to another dimension.
