Are you wearing any armor? You need to be naked for invisibility to make you fully invisible (the wiki says this).
to be honest since they are zombies they can sense you and spell you, so invisibility isn't meant to work not realy much of a problem use a bow and arrow or something
No, I'm not wearing armour but the problem is I'm making a zombie survival map with certain classes that recieve the invisibility effect under a specific amount of health, which makes this bug extremely annoying. and If the zombies can "sense and spell you" why don't they do that before you hit them? this bug is specific to zombies and zombie pigmen and their "gang attack" AI so I think it doesn't have much to do with the invisibility not being as invisible as thought.
Did you alert them of your presence before you became invisible?

@unknown, but fixed for Rabbits / Ocelots / Zombies / Zombie Pigmen?
Confirmed for 1.13.1.
Confirmed for 18w44a.
Shulkers can also see invisible players in some conditions, you should add them in the list. See MC-137009

Confirmed in 19w04b, 19w05a and 19w06a.
This could be related to MC-2638. Even though that one is creative, the common thing is that the aggro of nearby other mobs is affected in a way that seems to skip the intended checks.
However, I would also point to wiki http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Invisibility, which explains that invisibility isn't quite as full invisibility as might be thought.
