[MCPE-104826] Shulker don't create their new copies when being hit by a shulker bullet

This bug is a parity issue. If the shulker bullet hits the shulker, it doesn't duplicate/create a new shulker, which is changed in the latest Java snapshots.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Spawn some shulkers.
2. Go to survival and try not to get hit by shulker bullet.
3. Switch to creative and stand right next to a shulker, so the bullets will go towards the player and the shulker next to it.
---> ❌ It doesn't create a new shulker

For me it does. I have been in the end recently and I fought a lot of shulkers and they do create new copies.

Found a related parity difference while using the pack below: shulkers cannot hit themselves with their own bullets. In Java shulker farms that can be made with a single shulker by tricking the shulker into hitting itself with its own bullet when it tries to shoot at a snow golem. (Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RqWiEJuauQ) When same farm is made in Bedrock the shulker bullet passes through the shulker.

At the risk of having this comment removed, I'd like to emphasize that this ticket really does represent a bug, or rather, new features that further create disparity between the two versions ought to be classified as bugs – especially features with such huge impact to in-game quality of life. Obviously, this ticket is open, so Jira admins likely agree with this sentiment, but it'd be nice to know officially if that sentiment is shared with admins and devs. Should we be filing more tickets like this?

There is no need for emphasis. This ticket is not only open, it is confirmed and has an ADO number, which means that Mojang is tracking it internally. I think where I was confused, and where I'm still asking for clarity, is that I'm viewing shulker reproduction as the feature, as opposed to shulkers themselves. That is, shulker reproduction as a feature does not exist in both versions, and fails to meet the following requirement.

The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version

I guess it's safe to say that shulkers in and of themselves are the feature here, and the bug is the difference in behavior across versions, right?

It is worth adding that this lack of parity negatively affects performance because one cause of lag on lower spec. systems (e.g. consoles & phones) is entities such as item frames, items in frames and chests. Using shulker boxes as part of a storage room/system greatly cuts down on these and improves performance such as fps on Bedrock systems.

I'm hoping it gets added in a coming update.
