Hello Bug Tracker, mostly everyone is having this issue for about 4 months now since 1.16 update came out, there is problems on realms and many players are very angry like me because we haven't gotten any update of it so most people just quit the game and I think this could help you, there is a message on realms where it says "We cannot connect to realms right now. We will try again later" and if you enter a world, it says you have been disconnected from your Microsoft account and this is not a personal issue due to many people having this too and we've all waited long enough, Thank you for reading this

I'm not able to access servers or realms and marketplace is sometimes not working and I'm using Xbox on bedrock edition
If you completely quit Minecraft and then relaunch does it work, (described in MCPE-94489)?
Otherwise, does it work if you log out and back on?
I too have been facing connection issues since 1.16 released. I have not been able to connect to realms from my Android device or either of my two switches.
I stumbled onto a fix that has addressed the issue on both my phone and my switches.
Minecraft on my phone was experiencing the same "We cannot connect to realms right now. We will try again later" issue, but when I switched from my WiFi to LTE, realms started working again. Then when I was back on my WiFi and I loaded Minecraft on my phone again and it continued working. I decided to try applying the same concept to my switch. I confirmed it still wasn't working, then made a WiFi hotspot from my phone and connected to that with my switch. When I loaded up Minecraft on my switch again it finally connected to realms. I then switched back to my WiFi and it also continued working.
I don't understand why the update prevented me from connecting to realms, or how temporarily switching WiFi networks fixed it, but I figured I would pass it along to you in hopes that it will help you to help others that are facing the same problem caused by the recent updates.
What do you mean? Upload a copy of the world? The issue is that we can’t see any Realm on the main menu. I don’t have any current realms and I still get this error.
My problem with this that I pay the Play Station Network $3.99 for this on a monthly thing. And, because I did that, it moved my world off my PS4 to the Realm network. If I lose my data because of this, I will be very displease. I have been checking everyday for a week now with nothing new on this. Even if I choose to discontinue this service; I have put thousands of hours into my world that I want back. Atleast get the backup server working at the least so people can get their worlds offline before they get deleted.

Still having this issue, this time with version 1.17 on Minecraft Pocket Edition. Just started Monday, 6/21/2021. Prior to then, was able to play last on Sunday, 6/20/2021 (already updated to ver 1.17), no incident. Tried all suggestions on Minecraft troubleshooting repeatedly, no change (completely exiting app, restarting device, reconnecting and disconnecting from Internet, etc.). Mojang Support unhelpful, slow to respond and refers back to the generic troubleshooting guide.
