This is happening to me on v1.19.41.

Here is a link to a backup: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuxO2EAkgJC9h91uldXBif0XcDPlqw

This started to happen to me, as well. Yesterday I had no problem. Today only Steve and Alex appear even in slots that were customized before. Windows 10 Pro; Version    10.0.19044 Build 19044

I had the issue. Adjusting the AMD Radeon settings in the post that Ver24436 (MCPE-109870) worked for me as well.

I don't have mobs spawning on leaves anymore but still in 1.14.30 I have raiding parties spawning in my house. I had a Ravager in my kitchen. That is an outside dog.

I also have seen this in 1.14.30 on Windows 10 PC. It doesn't happen every time but it will happen sometimes regardless of running or not.

(Windows 10 Bedrock 1.14) I also lost skins that I created just using the customization tool with no purchased skins from the Marketplace, but I can enter the Marketplace or use the tool to create another one. When loading it says "unable to load character 1". If I create another one and exit then reload it says "unable to load character 2". I am logged into my Microsoft (Xbox) account and the game does recognize my Xbox tag name.

Late yesterday (12-14-19 PST) my skins started to appear again. They're also available this morning. Could this be some kind of authentication error between Minecraft and the Microsoft account?

This is happening to me as well (1.14 Win10 PC). They also spawning in well lit areas. I had a creeper spawn in the middle of a 7x7 corral full of cows; torch on every corner and middle side-posts. The only way in was a carpet on a post.

This happened to me on W10 on 1.13 after using a bucket of milk to remove bad omen effect. I could fill & move the bucket if I refilled it with water but not milk. Using a new bucket after stacking 2 together worked.

I find this happening also in 1.12.1. On a new solo survival world. My base is at Y:92 on a Savanah plateau. There are 3 double chests and 10 barrels for storage. It lags when I near the top of the plateau, but if I'm at the same X&Z coordinates but mining for resources at Y:12 there is no lag.

Update: It seems to start to lag at Y:52 and above. It doesn't have to be near my base. Anywhere in the world near or on the surface it seems to lag. Caving below Y:52 there isn't the lag. I even explored a mineshaft at lower Y-elevation with cave spider spawners and no lag.

I find this happening on Windows 10 and in survival mode but only on newly created worlds. My existing worlds don't lag. If I create a new world it lags something fierce. My PC is connected to the router via ethernet and my speed tests at 51 Mbps down & 67 up.

Additional information:

Single player world, normal, coordinates ON, fire spreads OFF, friendly fire OFF

After playing an existing world where it wasn't lagging and came back performance was inproved but still lags when entering a boat or mining.

On Windows 10 and version 1.10 I've had this happen where drowns are spawning in a well-lit terracotta pond lit with sea lanterns in walls and floors.

Windows 10 - Single player world. I see this mainly when crafting.

This did happen to me the first time I played after the upgrade to 1.8.0. I'm on Windows 10 and have always made it a practice every time I save and exit I export a copy. I was able to import the copy just prior to the upgrade and everything went fine. I didn't think it would ever happen again because I play several times a day resulting in 6-8 exported sessions each day. So I've played it dozens of times since without a repeat of the bug... until today.

It dropped from the sky & I died, but this time when I imported the most recent export it repeated the bug. I imported the second most recent game export and it was fine. Then I thought I would try importing the most recent copy again. This time no bug. I didn't lose any progress. I don't know what that indicates but the bug doesn't seem to be in the exported file.

I did not die from falling. My elevated rail is not so high that if jumped off I would die. Besides I had feather falling boots on. The screen image that had "respawn" or "main menu" showed still at the height of the elevated rail; just off to one side in the cobblestone wall. My elevated wall is 3 blocks wide with cobblestone walls on each side of rail.
