Yup. Well, it's been like this forever, actually, if I'm not mistaken.

Lag in the Nether is normal, since there are a lot of elements that need to be loaded. The level of noise is just you being DUMB. There is something called VOLUME that can turn the sound UP or DOWN!

Pics or it didn't happen 🙂

For the love of god, how many times do I need to repeat this to ANYONE?

MC

SUCKS!

It's just retarded. Just ignore it. If you need help with unblocking the download, ask me.

The really freaky one you can hear while sitting in the purple portal block.

More SPECS please :3 (RAM, CPU, Java Version)

My point is that it's TECHNICALLY supossed to be gray, which means that TECHNICALLY, this is not a bug. I know it makes more sense for it to be green, but TECHNICALLY it's gray.

Ah, dang it, MAC OS X Java D:. Could be a problem with the compatibility between your vid card and your java.

I agree with both of you, but, my point is that TECHNICALLY the block is gray, not green.

I agree with ZeHelper.

I once made a world in 12w42a, and when I converted it to 1.3.2, Something SIMILAR happened.

Still, there can be many compatibility issues. What's your Java?

Dafuq? It could be something from your Video Card (I noticed you run on a MAC OSX).

Remake this! You didn't write your system SPECS, or a description.

Also, that is because of a chuck error or something. You know how in normal worlds, you sometimes have chuncks that are not there? Well, this could be the opposite, I suppose. :I

It must be something from your video card.

I've experienced the same thing with an Intel card on another PC, but, it's certainly a video card problem.

Ok, this is a little complicated to explain.

You know how in different biomes you have different colored grass/fern?

Well, the item texture is made gray because it has a variable.

If you place fern in a jungle, it would have a different colour from fern in the desert.

So, instead of making different coloured fern icons, they just make a gray one to make life simple.

I think this is solved 😃

You should do the following:
1. Click on START (yes, in the taskbar)
2. Go to RUN
3. Type dxdiag
4. On the first page, there is a line which shows you how much RAM you have. It should look something like Memory:---- RAM or something like that. (I have Windows in French D:, no, I am not French.)
5. Read the number, then tell us how much RAM you have.

RAM=Random Access Memory.

The more you have, the more your computer can do at once. Of course, it also depends on the CPU's strenght. For example, if you have a 3 GHz CPU and 0.5 GB of RAM, then you have a problem. On the other hand, having a CPU of 0.75 GHz and 8GB RAM won't help neither.

TL;DR The more RAM, the faster MC will run.
