When you load your bow, looking a block or just tapping a block with a bow ( in mcpe ) the animation is some what glitchy.
Was wandering the nether today and still can't see my bow in hand. Works fine in the over world though. Haven't tested the End.
I use some resource packs and the bow renders as normal (although it is really big), so if someone can figure out and create a resource pack specifically for this issue in the meantime that would be great.
How did you make them render as normal ?
Perhaps this will help the developers know what to fix
I will see the feedback of the version in which the bow is invisible and then I will look at the previous version in which it is normal
Is there anything we as players/beta testers can do to fix it temporarily like editing something in a resource pack and if so what file ? Or will this be something we just have to wait a deal with for the time being until it’s fixed ?
in my opinion we can create some resource to correct this because it is not known when they will correct this error
In the previous version when the bow was appearing there was an error in the arrow that it did not render in the nether then I think that when they corrected this bug the bow and the beast stop being rendered
If you switch to creative from survival then enter the nether in creative the bow will show.
I'm unable to reproduce this on Windows 10 1.16.221 Hotfix. Likewise, another user reported they weren't able to reproduce it on Windows 10 a couple of weeks ago, which must have been in 1.16.220.
It seems to be working on windows 10 but not with other devices.
I have tested this with both IOS and Nintendo Switch and I can confirm that this bug is still valid in 1.16.220. Both bows when enchanted are still not visible. Perhaps it might be a render dragon bug as both do not support the new engine yet.
Oh nice! It looks like they fixed it. Can anyone else confirm if they have fixed this not only for bows but also crossbows ?
Win 10 in 1.16.221 Hotfix, no RTX card: Bow renders incorrectly whether or not it's enchanted and in both 1st and 3rd person views.

in the paper doll on the upper left side the bow appears normally but in the character’s hand not even the shadow
[media]this is off and on like today it is gone hour later there
when invisible and you are on fire you can see a hole on the fire where it is
enchanted bows are sometimes visible or half visible normal bows are ether
there or not
In the overworld, enchanted bows have not enough opacity, but in the nether, bows have no opacity at all. This can be annoying for shooting ghasts because I have to look at my hotbar slot to find out if my bow is loaded before firing.
The bow in overworld that is just pieces, happened to me after disabling ''Natural Texture Pack''
the arc is kind of transparent in the normal world and invisible in nether (I'm not using textures)
Yes, thats true, ill try the armor stand with a bow bug, this bug its in 1.17.0
There is only a single plobe the bow/crossbow when enchanted does not appear that enchantment thing and the file is in mcpack
