Undead mobs are not meant to be able to equip ominous banners: refer to MCPE-151745.

Your game is also modified, causing behavior that is otherwise not able to be observed in vanilla Minecraft (such as vindicators not equipping ominous banners, or husks being able to equip them).

Can confirm.

Steps to reporduce:

  1. Load the attached test.mcworld file.

  2. Summon an armor stand by pressing the button on the command block in front of you.

  3. Teleport yourself and the armor stand to “Nether 2” by pressing the button on the command block that’s labelled as tp @e nether 300 80 300.

  4. Once in the nether, run the following command: tp @s -1 128 0.

Expected result:

Both the player and the armor stand should be able to successfully be teleported to the exact same position when being teleported/warped between dimensions.

Actual result:

Only the player gets teleported to the correct position; the armor stand will be teleported to a different set of coordinates within the current dimension.

Bedrock Edition is by design, intended to cap your max framerate to whatever the current refresh rate of your monitor/screen is set to, hence why you cannot exceed a framerate of 60fps on a monitor with a 60hz refresh rate.

I personally have a monitor with a 240hz rate, so if i set the framerate limit toggle past 60fps to unlimited, then my effective max framerate limit will be capped to 240fps.

As denoted by the resolution of MCPE-110006; it is intentional to NOT be able to force the game to disable v-sync, which is what caps and syncs your screens refresh rate to that of which the game can output.

As for textures for newer items not matching/being inconsistent with classic counterparts; this is intentional/a feature request (e.g. MCPE-97072).
