Can confirm for 1.18.2
I have experienced serveral ghost stone blocks in my singleplayer world when instant mining with a beacon. All happened within the same chunk I were digging out.
This bug is still present in 1.18.2.
I'm no longer able to reproduce this issue as per 1.18.1 with the steps listed in the ticket.
Villagers do however continue to breed past their bedtime including some will stay up and only go to bed when their breeding attempt is finished. This behaviour have existed since 20w19a which I also commented previously. This is a new behaviour that have not existed prior and is not one that is listed in the changelog so obviously a bug.
Should a seperate ticket about that be made?
@Jason Parker, this ticket is specifically for java edition and not bedrock edition of the game.
I also experienced serveral spots in my updated 1.18.1 world with chunks in complete darkness.
I can confirm for 1.18.1
The pathblocks can also generate on top of trees/replace leaveblocks on trees, if they are next to a path.
Also, this happens in regular worlds and not just super flat worlds.
See the screenshots I have attached.

Do they despawn while inside a beehive/nest? If that is the case, then the bug MC-229321 does not seem to be fixed, otherwise it is a different bug on its own.
Did these structures generate in this biome prior to this updte? If not, then this is most likely not a bug but intentional.
I think this bug is related to another bug (MC-177505) that causes cured villagers to be able to work at a wrong type of workstation.
Clearing cookies makes no diffrence for me. Same problem
Some time ago, I could access articles from direct links, such as from reddit when new snapshots are out, but these even don't work now.
Also it's the same problem whether I use Chrome or Edge.
I have also dissabled all plugins/addons/add-blockers etc from Chrome, no diffrence.
Even accessed the site from various networks, no diffrence either.
A weird behaviour I noticed previously were the fronpage continously reloading on its own for some time untill it gave the "Access Denied" message.
And weird enough, the reference number continued to change multiple times a second.
There is clearly something bugged with the website.
@Anthony Cicinelli I see you have edited the title of the report, it is a bit misleading since Illagers can win a raid, just not when there are baby villagers present in the village.
There are multiple issues related to illagers no longer attacking baby villagers.
For example raids are no longer win-able by illagers if there are any baby villagers present in the village. MC-236645
And "Johnny" vindicators no longer attacks baby villagers. MC-236805
It seems the change was done a bit too hastily and someone forgot to look at related mechanics.
(I also wonder why this change was done now, since it has nothting to do with 1.18 as a whole)
The whole idea with "Johnny" vindicators is they attack all things. So this clearly seems like an oversight from the change with illagers not attacking baby villagers.
Another oversight is that illagers can no longer win raids if there are any baby villagers in the village MC-236645
Villagers show similar behaviour when standing under low hanging leave blocks but wanting to pahtfind up solid blocks.
@ampolive Thanks! I could not find a similar report when searching.
@ampolive it did have this behaviour previously. Mobs could see a player through transparent blocks.
And they still do so in bedrock edition.
Heres a link to a yt video by PhoenixSC that demonstrates the bug have not been fixed in 21w20a https://youtu.be/0eEv9sEMJNw
@Kaley Obsidia They still do. They all try to run towards the bell and ring it while the raid bar is charging, when it has completed charging, they stop ringing the bell and run towards beds where they then stay until the next charging round or raid victory. They typically manage to get to safety before the raid arrives.
(I belive it is on purpose the villagers runs around in panic while the raid bar is charging instead of immediately hiding away which would be kinda boring. The village is in distress after all.)
Also confirmed for 21w19a
Yeah this bug is pretty annoying and is a safety concern for villagers.
