[MC-166292] Subtitle from foxes eating chorus fruit: "Player teleports"

In case it isn't obvious, foxes aren't players.™

Could be fixed by adding a new unique sound event for foxes being teleported by eating chorus fruit, which would then have a new subtitle specific to foxes.

Cool, I hope you guys add back the "woo, minecraftforum" splash cause minecraftforum didn't shut down.

It might be either a bug report or a feature suggestion but I hope it does get added back either way.
