In Survival Mode, I crafted an Oak Door & placed it. then when i pass by/stand right next to the door, I see the bubbles and when its depleted, I take damage like getting drowned underwater.

Steps to reproduce
Place a puddle of lava.
Give yourself fire resistance.
Switch to survival.
Swim under the lava.
Notice that breathing bubbles are show but your swimming in lava not water.

Well, It makes sense when you suffocate you will lose an air. But it doesn't make any sense when your head are nearby or not inside the block, e.g:
Near by trapdoors,
Under half-slab,
Drowning in lava,
Inside fence gates.
Also happens on sign block and it'll look like players die by drowing because of that, but we die by suffocating. Kinda weird.
I cannot reproduce in vanilla in 1.16.20. I do not get an air meter in lava in survival mode. If you do, please check that it isn’t due to an add-on, and provide a video or test world.
I am still unable to reproduce this bug myself, but I attached a clip of silentwisperer demonstrating the bug on a livestream. Truly Bedrock is on 1.16.20.
