Seems worse in the Nether

seems there is an invisible portal where you land in the next dimension.   Once the cool down is done, try going back to the same spot you started and see if you teleport again.. Happened on our realm. 

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-54519 is the 1.13 portal bug ticket.   The 1.13 isn't random it spits you out at the same cords as the dimension you left.  You enter a overworld portal at 1000 by 1000 you end up in the nether at 1000 by 1000. 

 Do you mean the rocking back and forth as you walk?  I hate it!  I feel like I'm a gorilla lumbering around - The FOV is off too.  Makes it seem like I'm moving slower

We had this happening in February and then it seemed to resolve itself.  But this past week we had to restart the realm multiple times a day!  Lost chunks in the nether and overworld, people stuck on loading screens.  It is NO fun.   The realm is 450mb and less then a month old.  Has 50 members.  Cheats are off.

I can confirm this, I play bedrock (windows10) mostly realms 1.6 not beta.  I seem to get a skull at least 1/2 the time if not higher odds.  I use a bow. 

Same thing for me, If you hit the enter button on the screen it will work. But that is frustrating. Started after the 1.2.13 Update

I was able to get my account to work after much trial and error. (so I'm not sure the exact procedure) some of the steps I did. ... I went into xbox privacy settings and re-saved them. Put device on airplane mode and signed out of xbox and closed it, turned airplane mod off, logged into minecraft and logged into my alternative account that was working. Logged out of that and into the account that usually crashed on connection to xbox. And it worked! and hasn't had a problem since.. A couple friends tried the same thing and going into xbox privacy settings seems to be the key somehow. I didn't really change the settings, just saved them, one person thinks it may be to do with the xbox clubs and allow it. But mine was already that way during the crashes. (other things I tried but it didn't seem to help, resetting xbox, and uninstalling Minecraft) - This was on window10

i only have the texture pack on window10 , but it is not enabled and I have the same issue on android with no texture packs installed. Not texture packs.

same problem, Windows 10, 1.2.9 version. As long as I don't try to sign into xbox I can play on my single player worlds. As soon as it tries to connect to xbox it closes the minecraft app. Funny cause I did the 1.2.9 update this morning and I was able to play realms after, about 8 hours later when i tried to play, the crashing started.

also noticed that after jumping on the crop it would replant itself.

It is always there but seems to be worse when there are more people on the realm. I find as long as I'm typing it isn't terrible and can keep up for the most part, so short messages are manageable. But when I stop typing it stops and very slowly completes the final things I typed. Heaven help me if I want to back space to fix a typo, back space is delayed also. It happens on realms and single player worlds, effects signs also. I find if I hit the arrow key it helps the text to appear a little quicker. I'm a Windows10 player

I found 5 monuments all empty, not a single elder, no rooms, no sponges, nothing, just empty shell! Both worlds were created after the 1.0.0 update. Both are realms so don't have the seed

Explored 4 today on MCPE all were empty, no elder, no rooms, no sponges. Very disappointed. World was created after the 1.0.0 update. 2 of the monuments were generated prior to the 1.0.4 2 after. All just hollow shells.

seen it also happening with carrots and potatoes. I believe the farms throw the crops/bread at other villagers to encourage breeding. The amount is so much other villagers inventories are full and can't pick it up. for me it started with carrots which is what the crop was to begin with. I replaced with potatoes and they started throwing potatoes. I penned up the farmer away from the crops and it stopped. let the farmer lose and it started again.

This is happening to me as well. The farmer throws crops at other villagers to get them to breed. But it is stack and stacks of an items instead of just a few. I was just getting carrots so replanted with potatoes and now they throw stacks upon stacks of potatoes. I locked up the farmer and it stopped, let the farmer lose and it started again.

This has happened to me twice, each time right after being killed by a blaze. I would retrieve my items but as soon as I tried to open my inventory the game would crash. Both times it was solved by another player killing me and putting my items in a chest for me. The second time I was unable to open that chest without crashing. There were glitch items in it. Another player could open the chest but they could not pickup the items without crashing. We ended up burning the items.
