Sound for exiting a portal/travelling to another dimension does not use its subtitle string despite it existing in en_us.json

The sound for going into a portal now has a subtitle, but coming out the other end does not have such a subtitle attached. The string does exist at the time of creating this ticket ("Portal noise fades"), but is currently unused for some reason as it is not attached to the sound event in sounds.json.

I think what happens is that you have teleported not that you have passed through a portal

This may have been hotfixed by an asset update but I cannot download said asset update.
