The Bug
As these are different sound events, they shouldn't have the same subtitle - this makes it confusing and is obviously misleading.
Steps to Reproduce
Ensure that you have subtitles enabled in your accessibility settings.
Play the minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient sound and pay close attention to the subtitle it produces.
/playsound minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient master @aNow play the minecraft:entity.enderman.scream sound and once again, pay close attention to the subtitle it produces.
/playsound minecraft:entity.enderman.scream master @aTake note as to whether or not the minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient and minecraft:entity.enderman.scream sound events use the same subtitle.
Observed Behavior
The minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient and minecraft:entity.enderman.scream sound events use the same subtitle.
Expected Behavior
The minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient and minecraft:entity.enderman.scream sound events would not use the same subtitle.

Can confirm this behavior in 1.18 Pre-release 1. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.
