[MC-177523] Enderman angry/screaming sound event subtitled identically to idle sound

As these are different sound events, they shouldn't have the same subtitle - this makes it confusing and is obviously misleading.

Ensure that you have subtitles enabled in your accessibility settings.
Play the minecraft:entity.enderman.ambient sound and pay close attention to the subtitle it produces.

Now play the minecraft:entity.enderman.scream sound and once again, pay close attention to the subtitle it produces.
